1 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp plain non salted peanuts
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 leek
1 cauliflower, chopped into 1 inch chunks
Grind up the ginger, sesame seeds, peanuts, garlic, salt, spices, 1 tbsp oil, and water.
Sautee the leek in 1 tbsp oil for about 8 minutes. Add cauliflower with spice paste and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
