A rainy afternoon in Boston

Got a lot of basil in your garden? This basil pesto chutney is good alternative to pesto sauce, which tends to be loaded with fats, and gets kind of blah after a while.

Basil Pesto Chutney
1 cup basil leaves
1 small stalk lemon grass, chopped fine
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tsp sugar
1 roma tomato and juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 onion
1 tsp peanut oil
2 tsp pine nuts

Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with chips, fish, or anything slightly greasy.
